This shirt is a heavy weight cotton. It appears to be a full button but only buttons down half way. Epaulets on shoulder, patches on elbows, and buttoned strap cuff. Upcycled with a face. made out of t-shirt strips. Some of the pieces hang down as hair on the side. Measues flat: armpit to pit 25.5", sleeves 24.5", length from back neckline 30".
